Abstract

Inclusive education seeks to teach about respect and acceptance of people of all kinds, be it different ethnicities, gender, sexual orientation, faith, (dis)abilities, etc. It is about ensuring that all people have access to a safe school environment where they can be happy. The objective of the research is to reflect on the different studies on the subject in question. Today, university students and instructors face a decision-making process that involves rationality and emotion, and sometimes everyone wants to make a decision of free choice, which implies the guarantee of being right or wrong. Currently, general education defends an educational-inclusive approach where the family is recognized as the first institution to educate, guide and support people with a special condition; continuous efforts are made to reduce or eliminate barriers to learning and participation in the environment in which students develop (school, classroom and family partners). The teaching practices are designed to train our teachers as future competent professionals who contribute to raising the quality of inclusive education with responsibility. For this, the use of practical theoretical methods is proposed that allows us to verify the importance of implementing the study-work principle in our young people in training.
