Technologies and its deficits in the public entities of Ecuador

Abstract

of generating its own technology and what it does is adapt imported technology, in order to incorporate it into the services that are required, which it leaves for the entity has a negative balance in the payment of imported technologies, but if an entity could create its own technology, there would not be a negative balance, because it would be able to be a technology importer, the combats that the technological process presents in the public sector are financing, due to the budget to innovate and gain efficiency; systems operations; technological illiteracy, since it is a great challenge when implementing a digital government, giving access to emphasize and demonstrate the advantages that people will obtain when using the technological platform; technological mistrust, giving suspicion about the provision of services due to the telematic procedures of the distance between person-person and training of human resources, being an important challenge when preparing and training services daily; For this, an investigative method was used to identify the problems, a bibliographic method for the collection of data from the different websites and the explorative method for the respective analysis and results of the different investigations to be treated, with this, the concepts that are of help to achieve a result and thus know the different errors in this Public Institution.
