Renal and perirenal abscesses are part of a grupo rare infections in Pediatrics, whose consequences can be serious, from sepsis to kidneyloss. These entities do not have a specific clinic. The evolution and prognosis of the patient will depend on its proper diagnosis. In this article, the clinical case of a four year old girl is presented, with a diagnosis of bilateral and multiple renal abscess, after a prolonged febrile episode. This case is of interest due to the low frequency of this diagnosis in child hood, the exceptiona lform of presentation as a multiple abscess, due to wha tultrasound meant in its management since the CT images did not offer new contributions and also due to the therapeutic be havior conservative imposed.
