A safety and health at work policy is the declaration of the degree of commitment, depending on the type of company or organization, taking into account the level of exposure to hazards and risks of workers this study on occupational safety and hygiene and its incidence in occupational risks, aims to verify compliance with safety and occupational hygiene regulations and their impact on occupational risks. To carry out the methodological design, the inductive, deductive and statistical method was used. Within this framework, the techniques used were: observation, survey and interview, whose methodological procedures allowed for the collection of information, in addition to these techniques, it was synthesized in the information search relevant that allowed this result to crystallize; In addition, the material and human resources are detailed, after which the conclusions are made.
