It is important to have a society that knows about the importance of Information Technology, in the production and well-being of those who implement it using technological tools correctly. The objective is to analyze the role of digital gaps in education as causes of the exclusion of individuals in the use of information technologies. The focal point is the learning of each student, the development of their maximum potential, so that each one can be part of and contribute to a more just, democratic and integrated society, without problems because it affects many young people today. Scientific research methods were used such as: method of induction - deduction and analysis - synthesis, which contributed to the development and search for the necessary information to cover the lack of knowledge in society, an exploratory research was also carried out, opting for a quantitative methodology with the use of interviews as a tool for collecting information for the development of the research. Among the results, it is necessary to emphasize that an interview was carried out with the students who make use of technological platforms to create digital content, it can be noted that the students influence that many times they find inequality between people who may have knowledge in relation to new technologies and those who do not have many performance of the same It was concluded that offer information, useful and necessary to focus the teaching process of digital resources.
