Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between customer service quality and sales in Jipijapa cell phone stores. Through surveys and interviews, a strong positive connection was found between friendly and efficient service and an increase in sales. Customers especially valued the availability and personalized attention. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, such as staff training and better adaptation to customer needs. In addition, it was shown that the quality of service directly influences the value of purchases. These findings, backed by previous research, offer a clearer view of the key factors for the success of this type of business in Jipijapa. The study concludes that investing in good customer service not only improves customer satisfaction, but also increases sales and average transaction value.
