Computerization and the use of new technologies is a progressive process that is increasingly present in society, providing satisfactory solutions for the health sector. The objective of this research is to provide useful information showing a great change in the field of medicine through the intervention of artificial intelligence, allowing to know the development of the advances applied in the area of ​​operating rooms themselves that provide more complete and optimal care to patients. Patients who are admitted with a high degree of complication, reducing problems that occur frequently, in the same way avoiding long hours in the operating room with the traditional method, thus speeding up the operative calendar avoiding stress and complications, which will help more people to be intervened without losing valuable time for their lives. There are a variety of equipment (robots) such as Da Vinci, helping the surgeon to increase the ability to operate with precision and dexterity bey providing a clear view of the patient's anotomy from a minimal invasion. 3D printing set of processes used to make a three-dimensional physical object (prototypes) to achieve printing requires imaging studies of a patient to create a custom mold, facilitating many aspects such as: personalized medicines, organ printing, search for the best way to treat cancer, advances in living tissue. The impact is emphasized in the reduction of the mortality rate, helping health professionals to find solutions to conditions highly difficult to repair with a high success rate.
