Abstract

The research is based on the preventive maintenance control of computers at the software level, with the primary objective of the extended duration of computers at the software level, which reduces maintenance prices to the beneficiaries. For the execution of the document, the investigation was carried out in compliance with the stated objective in which investigative methods were used. Exploratory research was used to learn more about the topic addressed, which allowed us to familiarize ourselves with preventive maintenance control research at the software level and verify if it is feasible. Explanatory Research This research consists of preventive maintenance control at the software level that allows reducing problems in the system, guaranteeing its optimal and effective operation for the user. In addition, instruments were used to study sources and research queries. Thanks to the results analysis, it was allowed to make conclusions that support or reject the established hypothesis. Preventive maintenance control allowed to improve the optimal performance of computers at the software level. Cleaning the software made it easy to free up memory space to protect your computer from dangerous viruses. The implementation of the software allowed the use of programs that increase the speed of file transfer, reducing maintenance costs for users.
