Keywords:

Creativity does not allow to see the expression of innovation in the entrepreneurship developed by graduates, constituting a challenge for both business and educational development. The objective of this article was to analyze the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship and innovation activities in graduates of the Business Administration program at the Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. A descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design was applied, using a questionnaire to measure the variables. The results showed the existence of a relationship higher than the critical significant through Spearman's coefficient of 0.881 and a significance value of 0.000, that is, there is a very strong positive relationship between the variables. However, limitations are found in the practical application of creativity derived from a mostly theoretical educational training. The conclusions highlight the need to implement educational models that relate creativity with practice and that involve business development and the practice of solving real problems, positioning graduates as agents of change in a competitive environment.
