Management strategies and their incidence in the administrative management of the agricultural association June 27 of the Parroquia América

Abstract

The present investigation is carried out in the "June 27 Agricultural Association of the La América parish" of the Jipijapa Canton, it has the objective of analyzing the management strategies that are used in the aforementioned association. For this purpose, the bibliographic and statistical method was used. Through the bibliographic method, the process of developing management strategies in both the public and private sectors, which are of interest to the objective pursued in the research, is known step by step. On the other hand, the statistical method, allows to know through statisticians and frequency tables the main deficiencies in the process of elaboration of the management strategies of the referred Agricultural Association. The conclusions reached by this investigation are related to the deficiencies in the process of developing strategies, highlighting that these are developed with the consent of personnel outside the association, because the officials of this association are not trained, they lack knowledge and continuous training for this purpose. Statistically, such a deficiency was verified, highlighting that 60% of those surveyed said that, in the association, the necessary regulations for the elaboration of management strategies are unknown.
