MODELO DE GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL PARA LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE APICULTURA

Abstract

The present work aims to establish a business management model for the administration of the association of aroma and flavor beekeepers "ASOPROAPIMIEL" of the Quimis site, Jipijapa canton, ManabÍ­ province, in the perspective of strengthening the management capacity of the organization and improve the living conditions of the beekeepers that make it up. The model defines its components and proposes the methodological procedure for its implementation. The problem of scientific research is based on the diagnosis in terms of assessing in all its dimensions, the current state of the business management process for the administration of the association. Primary and secondary information sources were used. In the construction of the model, the modeling and systemic methods were used, expressing themselves in the design, the integral and articulating approach of its components. The model has as its starting point the ASOPROAPIMIEL articulated with the key local actors linked to the beekeeping activity with which social, economic and organizational relationships are established
