Abstract

The small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have become an important issue in the current economic situation for many countries, which generate interest and seek to strengthen these organizations. The analysis of the way in which administrative processes are carried out (planning, organization, direction and control) of these organizations becomes relevant for their business development. SMEs generally start their activities with clear objectives, but their growth is limited because they face a competitive market. This article aims to analyze the impact of administrative processes for business development of SMEs and identify the main difficulties presented by Ecuadorian SMEs specifically in the optimal execution of administrative processes.
