bebida cumple los requisitos para ser con-
siderada probiótica, la norma Ecuatoriana
NTE-INEN-1343-3 establece 1 x 106 (Log
6.0) UFC/ml, por lo consiguiente se necesita
realizar estudios con diferentes dosis de apli-
cación así también la utilización de cultivos
mixtos en bebidas de frutas y hortalizas.
